~C Star: I spent a *** hour approximately, discussing the no connectivity problem I was having with my laptop and IPAD, since I had my landline telecommunications service disconnected and switched to VM celular telecommunications. My VM Broadband*Go WiFi device after these changes wasn't connecting on my laptop or IPAD any more. The Tech. Rep. was thorough and listened to what I knew was the problem, although he could not resolve the problem with me then, I knew that it would get resolved eventually, and I know that that initial communication with him on the issue set things in motion to allow me to fix the connection settings this morning. My IPAD now connects beautifully and my laptop is connecting, dispite the pop up pc power **x* help, more like harrassment program, that I apparently have not completely removed or deleted yet. ~C Star: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~C Star: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~C Star: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Virgin Mobile customers?
~C Star: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Virgin Mobile to know who you are.
