After arguing with me for over ** minutes then an additional ** of "take the battery out and restart the device" over and over again, they realized I had the services and network I stated at the beginning when they looked at my data usage. They're calling me back "within ** to ** hours." Meanwhile I'm still at square one only now with a headache.
