~mad as hell at virgin/sprint: Vigin mobile is the worst phone company ever lost reception for **days in April got told so many lies my head was spinning lost hundreds of dollars,dignity, had to walk miles on broken ankle just to get reception to call them, was told its the towers it my phone and we'll seen me a new one only to be told its the towers so no new phone,finally getting said phone and have to wall * miles to get reception to activate phone, then when post office lost the old phone when I sent it back service was suspended, it took a FCC complaint to get it unsuspended, oh I asked for reimbursement for damages caused by lack of service they gave me a free month that started *days before service come back on so I got only **days of service today august ** **** I can't watch or download videos if everyone files a complaint with FCC maybe they'll clean up their act doubt it too money hungry
