GetHuman-zooska7: Do not begin placing an order! You will not be able to cancel it! The company is willing to loose your business and any future business for their "no refund" policy! They do not care about customers because they don't have to! It's too difficult and time consuming to complain to the Better Business Bureau for their $*.** processing fee and they know it! They are making a fortune that way! Save your money and the hassle and call the office of vital records yourself! They are much easier to deal with!

GetHuman-zooska7: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
