~amber: I was nervous about ordering my Missouri birth certificate online! But it was that or driving to Missouri which was not an option! I ordered the bc on Thursday, it said my identity needed to be verified...so I had to get a paper notorized and upload on their website. I uploaded it on Saturday on ....Monday I recieved an email saying it was recieved. On Tuesday I checked the status and it was already completed and on its way to me. I revived it on Wednesday...so * days. It was excellent service and it was better then ... Driving to Missouri. If needed I will use them again!! I have noticed a lot of the negative reviews are from ppl trying to get their bc from PA...they have a *-** business day wait. That's their state wait...check with the state time period on waiting for your specific situation. This may delay the time period in which you recieve your documents every state is different just so happens that Missouri was super fast

~amber: For that I would say one out of five.

~amber: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VitalChek to know who you are.
