~Julie: Love the product...the customer service agents know nothing. Seven phone calls from me, wrong mailing information, orders got cancelled when they shouldn't have, they assured me someone would contact me, they never did....I could go on and on. They are clueless and should work in an environment where they are responsible for nothing.
