And if some one asked for english help, they either will be too rude or will disconnect the phone after ** minutes wait***) I ordered DSL around **th July ****, The first time technician came on **th August. Being new to the building and germany, I was not aware that technician need an access to electricity room of the building. The keys to that room is always with caretaker who was absent that day. Even vodafone store people, did not tell me at the time of giving me the connection that they dont have english service and they need access to Kleener room***) Second time, I did all the arrangements, but technician did not show up. They will always give the timings from **:** to **:** weekdays. It means, the customer is stuck at home for whole time. And when you are working, it means have to take a whole day off. But he did not show up. When, I consulted to vodafone store,(as their phone support dont speak english), instead of cancelling my c
