~youngatheart: I needed help talking to my insurer about a bill that the doctor did not pay and I could not get a good answer. Voices learned for me that it was because the doctor had billed it under a different code or something and it needed to be resubmit under the right number for payment. It was resubmitted and paid. thanks voices.
