~habu: * CALLS AND ONE ON LINE CHAT TO * PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT ANSWER THE SIMPLE QUESTION CAN THE FORMAT OF THE MESSAGES ON VOICE MAIL BE CHANGED SO THE MESSAGE DOES not START WITH THE PHONE NUMBER TIME AND DATE OF THE CALL? I HAVE WASTED * AND ONE HALF HOURS OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH INCOMPETENCE IN THREE LANGUAGES. WITH **% OF AMERICANS OUT OF WORK IT WOULD SEEM THAT AN AMERICAN COMPANY PAID FOR WITH AMERICAN DOLLARS, COULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE. AFTER TWO DAYS OF VONAGE I AM ABOUT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE. MIKE MCGINTY ***-***-**** (yes I was shouting)
