~phyllis : my phone service has been bad for over a week now at this time it is out of service. I spoke to Cary in customer support he needs training in customer relations. Very scarcastic and nasty. I have sat on hold * times or more.You have used up my cell phone minutes and I no longer have any service. I am ready to switch to another company who will take care of their customers. I wonder what I would do in an emergency situation with no phone. Phyllis Stavola **********--cell********** very dissapointed and frustrated. Cary was the nastyist person I have spoken to.

GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~phyllis : For that I would say five out of five.

~phyllis : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WOW! to know who you are.
