GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~AverageEmployee: Very difficult to deal with. Had to literally walk the customer service rep through my receipt while educating them on the IRS rules, which they are supposed to know. They were making things up about my claims. Very bad. They were ignoring the numbers on my receipt. Awful. They did everything in their power to deny my claim and used every excuse in the book to deny my claim and wasted ** hours of my time on the phone. I told my employer about it so they know that wageworks killed my employee productivity for an entire week.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~AverageEmployee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AverageEmployee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AverageEmployee: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~AverageEmployee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~AverageEmployee taken from his WageWorks customer service problem that occurred on November 9th, 2017.
