~BGP: Called regarding **.** credit I was suppose to get on my bill. I opened a charge in December said IG I was approved I would get a **.** credit on my bill first bill no credit second bill no credit but the collection department was. Johnny on the spot and called me told me I needed to talk to customer service I talked to someone spoke bsf English. Told her about the offer she told Me they only have the offer if you spend **.** on your first order after approved I said if it said that I would of ordered **.** this went on for over *** hour never got the credit but I did get the finance charges removed but still made about the false advertisement.
