~NickPatterson9@gmail.com: Every single time I have received my billing statement online I have attempted to loging and make a payment. Numerous times is has let me know your site is down and to try back again. WTF. If I can not make a payment, I shall not be charged a late fee or a $** processing fee. Now I call your number and can not make a payment today for my Septmeber billing statement. How ridiculous is this. I'm trying to make a payment here, yet I now have to waste more of my time and call back again after the *rd of the month. Quit wasting my time and running me around. This is jibberish! I shall be able to make a payment whenever I please.
