~vkennington: I recently purchase a card and when i called to activate it i was told that i would be getting a card with my name on it so i could use it for purchase out of the unite states..when i received the card and called to activate it my balance was * and change..i put **.** on the card and now the money is gone..items purchase with the card were ** minutes form me...they told me to wait and call back in ** days to see what they can do...and they better now think about charging me * dollars again...what a rip off.

~vkennington: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~vkennington: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart MoneyCard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~vkennington: For that I would say one out of five.
