~HenleyGirl19: Seriously tired of being on hold so long to be told there is nothing they can do about the hold they put on our card as fraud protection. We sent a fax of ID and SS card. They had my husband ON THE PHONE. What more did we have to do to get them to know its us and we need our money and give it to us? We have * kids. We don't have ** days to wait, it's our money and we don't want to have to wait til the middle of February to use it. i will never use this card or service again.
