~Unbelievable: This turned out to be the nightmare from ****, unbelievable. I had not the slightest idea that I would encounter the **** I'm going through. It turns out that it takes over *wks to receive a replacement card that took so long that I reorder another card which cancelled the *st card. I gave a change of address that CS accepted, but didn't tell me this change would cancel the *nd ordered card. Only after ** days longer not receiving this card, I'm now being told the card was never sent because of address change cancelled *nd card request. They are now sending me a check of my $*** that I'm not going to trust until I see it in cash.
