I thought she hung up several times (Ms Zen from the philippines) I had fraud charges and I couldn't even get a customer service rep at first I was in a loop of "your card is active" to There is a security hold on your card" and was told by the autimated guy to call back on every call I tried to make. If you don't have a card you can't even call customer service about an issue. It is the worst service I have ever had.
