~clogan: I hit * to talk to a customer service rep about my order and it just said, "I'm sorry, I'm unable to complete your call at this time." and hung up. I purchased an item that was to arrive on *****. Fedex is saying it's arriving *****. I'm PISSED. I would have ordered from amazon if I knew they would do this!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WalMart.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WalMart.com problem?
~clogan: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~clogan: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~clogan: For that I would say five out of five.

~clogan: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
