~Anonymous: The website *****. It was my first time trying to buy stuff online. I sat on it over * hours looking at stuff and then I could not check out. I tried again the next day and still can't. Lady on the phone tells me she doesn't know when it will be fixed. Definitely wont be shopping on this website again.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
