GetHuman-18567: Called to ask about * price jumps online since I added curtains to my cart * days prior. They went from about ** each panel the day I added them to ** last night to ** this morning! I wanted to know if that's typical and if they would be going down again. The rep actually asked me if there's a different item that's not $** that might work for me instead! (Like I should find a cheaper product!) Not only that but he looked up the going rate for that curtain on other websites cost and basically told me it's a reasonable price. He may have had good intentions but that's not how you talk to someone who's already upset about something. It just upset me even more.
