GetHuman-323021: I called about the poor service I got at the Fenton store and how unprofessional the manager Tom was and what do they do but have his underling asst mgr call me back - the JERK should be demoted or better yet fired but Walmart doesn't care how poor the store is managed and how rude he is to customers!!!! The service reps just lie to get you off the phone nothing is ever done.

GetHuman-323021: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

GetHuman-323021: For that I would say three out of five.
