~Tamara: I called to pre-order Medal of Honor and have an in store pick up which is an option with each Medal of Honor gamesystem purchase. The website kept insisting on home delivery despite the description showing in store pick up on the same day of release. The website customer service was reading from a pamplet and didn't know how to get into my account to change the item for in store pickup. She said repeatedly that the website "doesn't like her" and that she didn't understand how to navigate it. Even after getting a Supervisor, they insisted that ALL preorder items must be delivered to the customers home. I'll go to gamestop. idiots.

~Tamara: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tamara: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tamara: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~Tamara: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
