GetHuman-349667: I was IN Walmart at **** Wheatland Rd Dallas Tx***** I'm so sorry that I forgot the lovely reps name that assisted me. She really made me feel like she was on my side, after being treated as if I was a criminal by a "manager". That mgr quickly became fed up with me and began making up reasons to not help me. I made a couple of suggestions, which she refused and called another manager. After waiting several minutes I called the customer service number, was patiently listened too, then the next manager, Julien came and was instantly helpful. During that interaction, my customer service rep. Offered to stay on the line and ensure that I was satisfied. Julien was very helpful and understanding, and it is my hope that his professionalism will be absorbed by other members of the staff within Walmart. This is a fairly new store, yet, very mixed behavior with the staff.

GetHuman-349667: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-349667: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-349667: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
GetHuman-349667: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
