~tgentry3g: Saturday Sept. **th. **:**am talked with Ken Med Student, yeah right!!*Told me to throw the wrong order out.*Told me what he was saying must have gone over my head. Really!! Mr. Med Student. The poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. What a Joke.*He should have never been hired. This Ken has absolutely no people skills for a CS*Rep. I truly hope Walmart finds this guy and fires him asap. He is not a good fit for any customer service department.

~tgentry3g: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tgentry3g: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tgentry3g: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~tgentry3g: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
