~Alana: The only reason I go through the abuse of the customer service department of this co. is because of the low prices. I tried to cancel and order the same day I placed it online and the website would not accept the items I wanted to cancel. I called as well and never got through. I think it's better to shop with another company for my needs from now on. The prices may be higher there, but customer service is decent, I'm not put on hold forever by customer service and the items I order are right on time instead of delay after delay with Walmart shipping. This company should be shut down.

~Alana: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Alana: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Alana: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~Alana: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
