GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-scott_le: First time use of savings catcher in your app. Was not aware I activated the amount given back to me and*or there was a time limit to use it. I wanted to save money up before use. This was a large purchase in which I received approximately $** back. I didn't read the "rules of use" I was supposed to. Is there anyway Walmart could give me this money back? It was entered into the app, just expired (my wife uses this app too and told me where I messed up). Not to lie, she had told me, before I attempted to use savings catcher, that you must activate your saved money a couple days before you can use it. I just am slow on technology and didn't realize I was initiating use. I would have used it if I knew I made the mistake. I go to Walmart *or * times weekly. This receipt was part of a * day, over $***, grocery run. This is probably one of the biggest purchases I will ever have and it had a good savings catcher refund. Thanks for your time! PLEASE! Of course my mistake and absolutely will not affect my relationship with Walmart. Thanks again.

GetHuman-scott_le: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-scott_le: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
GetHuman-scott_le: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
