GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-a_stann: I purchased a TV for my mother for Christmas. It arrived broken and I have been told there is nothing they can do for me since "Walmart.com is a different company" they told me my only option is to refund me and let me pay the difference of $**** to get the SAME product!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WalMart. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WalMart problem?
GetHuman-a_stann: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-a_stann: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-a_stann: For that I would say five out of five.
