~patty cake: What a joke, they put you on hold then never answer the phone, you think they have but you just go on hold and no one picks up the phone. Screwed up company if you ask me.

~patty cake: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~patty cake: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~patty cake: For that I would say three out of five.
