GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-thickari: I Purchased a bottle of Rex all I got home to take it and the bottle seal was broken and the merchandise was empty..I was told it could be exchanged if I had my reciept...I thought you had ** days to return something now they are saying ** days...And they won't do anything and its unacceptable when I paid my money for them.

GetHuman-thickari: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-thickari: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-thickari: For that I would say three out of five.
