~yohandy escarla: last call and left me wanting more ** hour and when I answered I said I needed someone who spoke Spanish and a stupid told me that if I wanted helped me in English not in Spanish and that's description design for my taste have very poor service because I pay my tax money and buy like an American. I do not understand to the discrimination.

~yohandy escarla: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~yohandy escarla: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~yohandy escarla: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~yohandy escarla: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
