GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Wall Street Journal customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Michele: I've spoken to * people this week. All told me the problem was fixed. It is not. The last person told me that Jeff, the manager would call be back at *:** ET today, and there has been no call. No surprise. Everyone tells me something different, no consistent answer and never a resolution to my delivery problem. It's been a month & I'm still not getting my Sat. paper that I've paid for! They just say they've fixed it and they are done with me!
