~Anonymous: There are * call centers: Phillipines and New York. Phillipines is terrible and WSJ knows about it. Keep calling back till you get a New York rep and all you have to say is you've been getting Philipino operators (most didn't speak English well in my *-* calls experience). Neither could explain why we're only getting **% of our papers delivered though so we're cancelling anyway.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Wall Street Journal. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Wall Street Journal problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wall Street Journal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Wall Street Journal customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Wall Street Journal to know who you are.
