GetHuman68076: Upset over advertised room rate*availability of resort accommodations would not be honored.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman68076: I was trying to upgrade my existing reservation to add and accommodate more people. Online, an offer was available. I tried to modify my reservation but the offer did not show up. I called a Walt Disney world representative. They did not see the offer I was looking at so told me to book it online. The transaction could not be completed. Afterward, the offer was removed from my cart as it was no longer available. Later that night, I checked again to see the availability in upgrading my room as we had added people to our party. The SAME offer was available. I again tried to book it. The transaction would not go through. I called again a Walt Disney world rep. The customer service rep basically said "just because it's in your cart doesn't mean it's available. There are so many users in MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE that maybe it was taken while you were trying to book." I asked about a second offer in my cart. That also is not available. Why are they advertising things that they will not honor? Why haven't they answered either of the emails I sent them? So frustrating that I don't even want to go but I'm locked in with airline and park tickets at this point. So sad that this "magical"place "where dreams come true" and it's representatives are so oblivious to their guests concerns. The reps don't even TRY to accommodate you in any way! I guess the $**,***. a year I spend there is just pennies to them, but it's **% of my personal annual income!!!! You'd think they'd PRETEND to care. Anyway, even if you can't help, it's off my chest.

GetHuman68076: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Walt Disney World's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman68076: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman68076: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Walt Disney World to know who you are.
