~Sweetie pie: The person I talked to was not paying attention. I repeated myself at least * times in different ways to clarify myself. I was then transferred to another person whom did not answer their phone, prompting me to leave a message. I have been waiting for phones call back to me for * weeks to sign up for training classes which is cutting into the *** total days I have to complete my training. What is wrong with your system? It is definitely broken and no one cares because you work for the government and will be paid to do inadequate work!
