I REPLACED REGULATOR WITH AFTER MARKET REGULATOR BUT THIS DIDN'T HELP. I REPLACED THE BURNERS WITH WEBER STAINLESS STEEL BURNERS (******) PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER (*-***-***-****) AND THE GRILL STILL GOES OUT AFTER ** - ** MINUTES. CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE COULDN'T HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.
