~j.murphy: Yup. It was afternoon, on November 16th.

~j.murphy: I received a recall notice on *******, and after reading it, I call the center, the person that took my call ask me the reason for my call and I told her (sorry I didn't get her name) she was very rude, and when I didn't have all the info she ask for she hung up, try to call back but whom ever pick up hung up and this happened three times. I read the notice and it didn't ask for which of the model number just for the CP number and that what I gave her. If a notice is going to be sent out everything you need should be noted in this type of notice. The next day ******* I spoke to Lawanda was very pleasant, she took the info and explain what would happen. The quality of service was for the first time I called. If my first call was on the second day it would had been excellent. My wait with the four calls was about ** minutes. The next time a notice is sent out some one needs to proof read it.

~j.murphy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Weil-McLain's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~j.murphy: For that I would say five out of five.

~j.murphy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Weil-McLain to know who you are.
