GetHuman-104932: They're service took my mortgage out * times! Went to ask why and since they received the first payment there was an error that requested it again. Wells Fargo's policy is to request payment * more times after insufficient payment even when it's current! Talked to their "service department," for reimbursement and its going to take *-** days with the timer reset for every day that i send more fees from my bank statement. I raked up *** $ in fees and after an hour thought i had it square. ** days later i get a polite lady that says i have **$ coming by check in the mail. Fricken crooks take mortgage * times, bleed me of ***$ in fees, and then send me **$ after ** days??? Worst service, cancelling all my accounts and mortgage is going elsewhere. Unreal!
