~Donald M. Spain: Ref Whirlpool refrig*Freezzer Model*WSF**C*EXB**, Ser*********. Ice maker defective from MFG. Appears wiring is caught in the figners that dispence the ice which stops the operation from working. Cust svc did get me an apt w*repairmen for Tues ** Aug. Very little concern shown for customer. Felt he was basically **** it up buddy can't do any better. So I'm packing ice in to store in freezer. For a new customer this is bad music in my ears. A Co as large as Whirlpool should have policy in place to pat extra attention to their customers. You rate zero in my book. I should have went to GE. Your Quality Control stinks to high heaven when it comes to your ice maker. I expect some form of refund (***.**) for selling this defective product to Lowes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Whirlpool. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Whirlpool problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Donald M. Spain: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Whirlpool customers?
