I was deployed to Iraq from **** to ****. I was going to Iraq to visit units. I hit my left leg on one of the vehicles. I had a black bump on my left leg. I was still in the armed forces. I went to the VA health care system University Drive, located in Pittsburgh pa. I was seen by a doctor. The doctor told me it is just a bump. I was also diagnosed with diabetes. All the information is on records, along with the doctors name. I was still in the Army in ****.***In the year ***** I had four very large tumors that keep growing inside. I had to have a hysterectomy associated with the fibroid tumors. Along with an infection on the left side of my body. I have the documents to back this up.**In ****, I was in Mercy hospital three times. I had strip throat infection on the left side of my body. I had my toes on my left side amp
