GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Whole Foods customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: To clarify, although I checked that it took only one minute to get through, you NEVER, EVER reach a live person at this number, but voice mail. You are told to leave a message for a call back. I left messages over a one week period, never ever got a call back, even though my last message begged someone to contact me over a problem with a gift card. What a shocker...a store that charges the prices that they do and yet their customer service dept is the WORST!! Expect this from WalMart - not Whole Foods!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Whole Foods's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
