~chyatesg: Product (rubber stoppers) were place in a *FLAT priority mail envelope. The stoppers easily rippered open the envelope in shipment and fell out. I received only an invoice. I talked to customer service. I emphasized over and over not to ship in flat envelope. They said they always do this with no problems. Who knows whether I will receive my stoppers

GetHuman: And what about WidgetCo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chyatesg: For that I would say three out of five.
