~GeorgeT: I would have to say in the ** years of dealing with fitness equipment ordering this is the poorest and most unorganized company I have dealt with. For one there was a mistake as the site allowed me to order into Canada to which I was emailed and told it could not be done after the order was processed and my money taken. Not the end of the world there was an address in the US provided for them to ship the package to. The package came only it was the wrong product. The real infuriating part of this experience was the fact that the person or people in the customer service department would stop emailing you back in the midst of trying to resolve your problem so you are having to call in and then reinitiate the process over and over again and now after calling three times I called in and the person on the phone takes your information and issue and you are contacted by email only to have the issue halt after the exchange of a few emails.
