GetHuman-rbv: Front desk was so combative & rude over a minor question on the first day, I was honestly frightened to address anything else with them for the duration of my stay. And it proceeded to decline. Hours spent on the phone after my return home and I'm left truly believing Wyndham has the worst customer care in the world. It's revolting. And now, not only are my issues not resolved, I've spent so much time just to be given so many different opinions from so many different representatives, all blaming each other, laughed at, hung up on, mocked,hung up on again, told to blame the last representative (should've, if only, sorry, they're not here), given "company issued, ** hour*day cell phone numbers," promising to answer at anytime, guests always get a response, BUT NO ANSWER, NO VOICEMAIL, I truly feel this whole thing has to be a joke. No other way would such ridiculous, utterly insulting, embarrassing handling even occur. From Wyndham, of all companies. This whole situation, start to present, is a disgusting, frustrating, sickening, humiliating, distasteful slap in the face. Not to mention **** poor handling of what should have been a relatively minor, if not easily resolved conflict(s) considering the magnitude of this company and the grandiosity*integrity it portrays.
