~JRW: They don't to anything via phone and you can't email them without going through ** questions at their help center. Oh and who knows where they send that message because I've been waiting * weeks for a response. Worst customer service in ANY industry. Hire * person and have me on a * hour wait is better than this BS.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting X. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a X problem?
~JRW: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JRW: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JRW: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
~JRW: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
