GetHuman-6753: I called during the time period that is both listed on this website and repeated by the recordings - * am-*pm EST and then after choosing *-* different options and having to verify my address and zip TWICE the recorded message tells me the office is not open and they cannot help me ! It was *:** pm - ** minutes BEFORE *:** pm EST!
