~NakiaMarie: The lady I talked to obviously didn't know what she was doing, therefore she couldn't be helpful. I had bought a year long Xbox live card and used it for not even half of it, my Xbox could connect to the internet my not live and I had tried to contact them online which didn't help or had to wait so long to talk to a person I had to hang up, and I finally got a hold of one and they couldn't help me because it my live had expired even though she could I couldn't connect for the time I did. Which is just a retarded way to do things. Obviously Xbox just wants to rip you off and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I was a diehard Xbox fan until today. I'm switching to PlayStation.

~NakiaMarie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NakiaMarie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NakiaMarie: For that I would say five out of five.

~NakiaMarie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
