GetHuman-nikof: Xbox live you waste of money. I hope you get sued for every dime you have. Im about to smash my Xbox because of you. A WASTE.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-nikof: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-nikof: For that I would say one out of five.
