GetHuman-111472: Xbox regulations make it impossible to retrieve your original email address and or password when you forget it sincexit was * years ago and I almost never use yahoo email. Ok I can varify my identity via social security maidens name. Address phone numbers birthday and so on... But nothing is good enough as proof of my I.d. accept my old *** password to yahoo? Your policy is ridiculous. Outrageous and so out of date. So out of touch to your custommers its rediculous how inconsiderate xbox live regulations and its owners etc... Are!!! Every time I turn around I go thru this and can't ever verify my **** ****. I mean can't you people do identity proof through voice recognition or video I'd verification? anything but the garbage I go thru every time u suspend my account for n reason roughly once a **** month. It gets worse as the years go by. The first few years of xbox live ownership I didn't have these problems. But it seems xbox live finds any made up and given reason to free my accou

GetHuman-111472: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

GetHuman-111472: For that I would say two out of five.
