~rask: I filled out tax information last year online and am still having trouble collecting a complete royalty check. Xlibris is sending me partial checks and the rest to the IRS!!! This is unfair!!! Why does it take multiple calls and so much wasted time to get Xlibris to understand and resolve the problem instead of it continuing to reoccur??? I was on hold over ** minutes and my questions were not answered nor problem resolved. They will call back tomorrow...WHAT A JOKE!!!
