~lashanda : First of all I did an over the phone application and I was told that it took * to * hours to process my application. It took * hours and for me to call back checking on the status I was giving rude customer service. I ask to speak to a manger and she was very rude as well I mean if you dont like the job you are doing why choose that career. The location is **** winchester memphis tn I would never refer anyone to express loans even though I was approved I wouldn't dare take out a loan very horrible customer service........
